Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:
– Maintaining phone and e-mail communication with the clients and the candidates,
– Searching for and identifying potential IT-sector candidates,
– Creating a schedule, pertaining the process of realization of the recruitment projects,
– Creating and updating the candidates database,
– Active acquisition of new customers and business partners
– Making appointments with the clients and negotiating the deals,
